We would like to say how very delighted we were with our new bathroom which included a shower installation. The work was superbly carried out by the SP team and was always left clean and tidy at the end of each day. We are now contemplating having our second bathroom done. We have, in the past, used SP Installations on various things which have included the fitting of a new boiler, a water softener and a gas fire. We have no hesitation in recommending SP Installations for any work to be carried out.

Last Saturday night our boiler stopped working. On Sunday morning I phoned your emergency mobile number and spoke to Steve. He was unable to get anyone to come out on Sunday but kept us up to date and said he would check on Monday morning. True to his word he called at 8.15 a.m. to say someone would be out Monday morning. There was a slight delay and again we were phoned to keep us up to date. Monday afternoon, SPI attended and fixed the problem. All has been well since. I am really just writing to say that I am very impressed with the service you have provided. I want to say thank you to all your staff.
